Another essential spirit for a multitude of cocktails, tequila is made from the blue agave plant in Mexico. There are variations in flavour depending on how long the tequila has been aged in oak barrels: Blanco is un-aged, Reposado is aged for up to 12 months & Añejo is aged for up to 4 years.
