This white wine grape is versatile - used to make dry & crisp sparkling wines, sweet dessert wines & full-bodied still whites. It tends to have very concentrated flavours & a floral bouquet. It is produced in France & South Africa - New World Chenin Blanc is known for having more tropical qualities than Old World versions.
