Non-alcoholic refers to any beverage with 0.5% ABV or lower. A spirit or liqueur that is non-alcoholic has either been made with no alcohol, or has had the alcohol reduced to zero. There are a growing number of non-alcoholic choices available in beer, wine and spirits.
