Boukman Botanical Rhum

Named after the man who launched the Haitian revolution in 1791, this sugar cane rum is spiked with botanicals such as native woods and barks, bitter almond and orange peel. The makers reinvest in non-profit educational programmes in Haiti.

Flavour notes: Woody with hints of vanilla, cut grass, pink peppercorn and citrus zest.
