‘The Bothy’ - This cask strength whisky spends 7 years maturing in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, before moving into American Oak Quarter casks for 2 years. The final 2 years are spent in 125 litre casks for an intense maturity.

Nose: Apple tart, pineapple brioche

Palate: Hallmark citrus, sweet spicy cinnamon, vanilla

Finish: Sweetness and honey, pineapple, vanilla, coconut
